While learning about conflict resolution and stress management, students had the opportunity to try out a few relaxation techniques that they could use when feeling stressed, anxious, or angry. The students pictured here were working on various coloring pages, and they all decided to sit on the floor together, get comfy, and enjoy each other’s company.
