School may be winding down, but the Robinson Middle Quiz Team is still showing out this school year! The team traveled to New Orleans this weekend to compete in the Q-Unlimited National Quiz Bowl Tournament. They finished the tournament in 4th place!! And they were the ONLY team to enter the playoffs undefeated. We are super proud of this team and how well they competed this season!

May is Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month. One reason May was chosen to celebrate the contributions of AAPI people is Golden Spike Day. The transcontinental railroad, built with the help of many Chinese workers, was completed on May 10, 1869. #pcssdproud #serveall

Our very own Charvi Vyas, RMS 8th grader, took 3rd place in the State Finals of the National Civics Bee on May 14th at the Clinton Presidential Center. She had previously won first place in the regional competition in Russellville to qualify for state. Congrats, Charvi!!

Robinson Middle EAST students created an ebook titled "RMS 6th Grade Survival Guide" for 5th graders at Baker, Chenal, Lawson, and Robinson Elementary. The final product is full of helpful information for students as they transition from elementary to middle school.
