Mr. Ridgle's 6th grade science class just completed an exciting 3D cell project. Students built a model of a plant or animal cell using common household or craft items. They also completed a Edible Cells Lab where students had to build plant cells out of food, all donations came from parents!
Today marks 50 years of Arbor Day! Nearly 500 million trees have been planted because of these efforts. The Arbor Day Organization is setting a new goal to plant 500 million in just 5 years.
