Shoutout to our amazing 7th grade volleyball team! 🏐🙌 This awesome group fought hard all day and showed incredible teamwork. They went 5-1 in pool play, earning a 1st place finish in our pool, and got a bye into the semifinals. After defeating MSM, the Bears advanced to the finals to face Conway. While the Bears didn’t get the win, they finished strong, taking 2nd place out of 14 teams! Huge thank you to Coach Abernathy, Coach Nantze and Coach V for their leadership and support. Today in Ms. Frakes' class, students took on a fun and exciting Time Management Challenge! 🕒💪 They worked in groups to complete as many tasks as possible in just 15 minutes, with each task earning different point values. From doing 50 jumping jacks to taking a typing test and listing colleges, students had to prioritize and work together to maximize their points. It was a great way to learn how to manage time and tackle multiple tasks effectively!

Students in Spanish classes celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with a special fiesta this morning! More than 100 students gathered to listen to the music of Arkansas native, Jacob Flores. His Latin-American musical talent was on full display for our students (and a few teachers) for nearly an hour. What a fun way for these students to start their day!
